These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of flubriomedia.com (the "Site"), owned by Flubriomedia S.R.L., a limited liability company incorporated in 2026 in the Plurinational State of Bolivia. By using the Site you fully accept the terms set out in this document.

The Site has an informative purpose: it presents the real estate crowdlending model, describes representative projects and offers a contact channel for people interested in learning more about Flubriomedia's activities in Bolivia.
